Keralite doctor dies after falling from train

NEW DELHI: A Malayali lady doctor faced a tragic death falling from a train after her return journey from Haridwar. Dr. Thulasi, daughter of Shekhara Warrier and Padmini Warasiyar, wife of Rudrakumar is the deceased. She was 57 years old. The accident was around 11.30 pm on Friday near the New Delhi railway station. Thulasi, who was standing near the door, slipped and fell off while the train was reaching the platform. She was in Delhi with her family to enjoy the festive season of Vishu.

Initial rumors after the death of Thulasi was such that she was shoved by people who were trying to snatch her bag. Thulasi and family stayed at the residence of Karthika, her younger daughter in Gurugram, from where they went to Haridwar.

The body of the deceased Dr. Thulasi will reach her native place by Sunday morning. Funeral will be held at the premises of her house at 3 p.m. Daughters: Karishma, Karthika
In-laws: Prasobh, Alex

Brother: Unnikrishnan (late)

Dr. Thulasi was a popular physician who treated her patients at little to no treatment costs. Her kind and affectionate behavior is something that her patients cannot forget.
