BAHRAICH: A local BJP leader and his aides thrashed a 30-year-old dalit youth, blackened his face and tonsured his head after accusing him of stealing a toilet seat from a house in the locality. The shocking incident took place last Tuesday in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. Rajesh Kumar, a labourer, was brutally beaten for allegedly stealing the toilet seat.

The video of the attack towards the youth has been circulating on the internet for a few days.
