Expatriate Malayali hits jackpot in Big Ticket draw; two Indians among other winners

ABU DHABI: A Malayali not winning the Big Ticket in Abu Dhabi is a rare case these days. Four individuals from India, Bangladesh, and Nepal emerged as winners in the second weekly e-draw of September, with each receiving a prize of 25,000 Dirhams. Shareef Neshukil from Kerala is the Malayali among the winners. Shareef, who has been living in Abu Dhabi for 20 years, works in the business sector. This is Shareef’s first win despite trying his luck many times before. He had purchased the ticket along with friends and stated that the prize money would be shared equally among them.

Another winner is Jaswinder Singh, a native of Punjab who has been living in Sharjah for 20 years. The 48-year-old works as a mechanical technician. Singh tried his luck as part of a group of ten friends; he expressed immense happiness over the win and stated that the prize money would be shared among them. Another winner is Mohammad Mostakinsha Billa from Bangladesh, who has been living in Ajman for the past ten years and works at a supermarket. He had purchased the Big Ticket along with two friends. He, too, expressed great happiness and said the prize money would be shared equally.
