MUMBAI: Ahead of what is expected to be India's biggest-ever IPO, Jio Platforms has identified three key growth areas to strengthen its position in the country's digital economy. Focusing on mobility, home broadband, and enterprise and international businesses, the company aims to play a major role in India's projected $1.4 trillion digital economy by 2030-31.
Jio Managing Director Akash Ambani outlined the company's growth plans at a press conference held on Thursday.
With a current connectivity subscriber base of 53.3 crore, Jio plans to expand its home broadband customer base from 2.86 crore to 10 crore households.
