KEAM results will not be announced today; decision taken to give CBSE students more time

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The results of the Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance examination for engineering and pharmacy courses will not be announced today. The results will be declared on June 26 after including the CBSE Plus Two revaluation results. However, the new date has not been officially announced yet. Earlier, the office of the Higher Education Minister had informed that the KEAM results would be released today at 3 PM.

The CBSE Plus Two revaluation results were published last night. Students need to submit their updated marks online, and these details must be included before the KEAM results are finalised. Several students and parents had approached Higher Education Minister Roji M John requesting a delay in the result announcement to allow time for updating the marks. Following this, the decision was taken to postpone the KEAM result declaration. The Higher Education Minister said that instructions have been given to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations to make arrangements for updating students’ marks. He added that the aim is to ensure that all students get equal opportunities.
