Missing woman from Varkala found at massage centre in Thamarassery

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A 28-year-old woman from Varkala, who went missing two months ago, has been found at a massage centre in Adivaram, Thamarassery.

The woman was found by the police at Sun Spa and Ayurvedic, a massage centre operating in Adivaram. She had gone missing from Varkala on April 12 and was traced during the course of the investigation. According to the centre authorities, she had arrived there around two weeks ago.

The Varkala police had registered a case on June 24 based on a complaint filed by the woman’s mother regarding her disappearance. A search was launched, which eventually led the police to locate her at the centre in Thamarassery.
