Woman found dead after falling from moving train

ALAPPUZHA: A woman was found dead on the Aroor coastal railway line. The body of Neha Krishnan (25) of Olavann in Kozhikode, was found Monday morning. Neha is daughter of Krishnan of Olavanna.

The police's initial conclusion is that she may have died after falling from the moving train. Her body was found near a small bend south of the Sree Narayanapuram level crossing between Aroor and Thuravoor. The Aroor police have started an investigation into the incident.

Two days ago, Abdul Hameed (37) of Vizhinjam in Thiruvananthapuram, was seriously injured after falling from the Maveli Express at the same place where Neha's body was found. He is undergoing treatment at the Kottayam Medical College.
