Hot payasam falls on Minister Bindu Krishna's head during launch of KSRTC ‘Priyadarshini’ service 

KOLLAM: Minister Bindu Krishna had hot payasam accidentally fall on her head during the inauguration ceremony of KSRTC’s free travel service. The incident took place while the minister was travelling on a bus after launching the ‘Priyadarshini’ service at the Kollam KSRTC depot.

The incident occurred during a payasam distribution event led by the Youth Congress district president. Those accompanying the minister immediately cleaned her face and head using a shawl and other clothes. She later continued her journey by bus up to Chinnakada and returned. Reports said Bindu Krishna did not suffer any burns or health issues following the incident.

A large crowd of UDF workers and passengers was present inside the bus during the event. Party workers said the container filled with payasam accidentally fell on the minister due to the heavy rush inside the bus. They clarified that the incident was not intentional and happened because of the crowd.
