THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Union Minister of State for External Affairs V Muraleedharan has responded to the cyber-attack against singer KS Chitra. V Muraleedharan asked if the Kerala Police is not seeing the cyber-attacks against KS Chitra. The singer is being attacked for saying that Rama's name should be chanted and lamps should be lit. The Union Minister also asked why the Marxist party, which preaches tolerance did not respond to this.

V Muraleedharan also criticized the situation that anyone can say about the virtue of Ramzan and celebrate Christmas by cutting a cake, but only Hindus cannot do anything. The very people who participated in the ritual violation at Sabarimala have come forward against KS Chithra. Ayodhya is the 500 year wait of Hindus. The Union Minister said that there is a planned move to insult Hindus because of it.

At the same time, V Muraleedharan said that it would have been enough to welcome the New Kerala MPs to the Congress if they were to fight with the CPM against the Centre. The Union Minister also asked if the Congress will fall into the trap of the Chief Minister who welcomed the opposition parties to protest against central neglect. The Union Minister also asked if the decision was taken jointly by the two to strengthen the 'India' alliance.
