KOCHI: The Air India Express has announced additional flights from Kerala during holidays. The new decision is to operate mostly domestic and international services from four airports of the state. As part of increasing the number of services, Air India has decided to launch three new aircrafts every month.
Initially Air India's weekly services from Kochi Airport were 93 and this has been increased to 104. Air India has started services to places like Bahrain and Dammam in addition to services to Gulf countries. Additional services have been started to Hyderabad and Kolkata.
Meantime, Air India has increased its weekly services at Kozhikode airport from 77 to 87. New services have been started from here to places like Ras Al Khaimah, Dammam and Bengaluru. Air India is going to start 12 additional services from Kannur.
