Kuwaiti residents, including expatriates, should be cautious; warning that coming days will be tough

KUWAIT CITY: Meteorologists have warned that temperatures will rise in Kuwait. The announcement says that temperatures are likely to rise to 39 to 41 degrees Celsius. The Meteorological Department also announced that the temperature will reach 43 degrees Celsius on Saturday.

Director of the Meteorological Department, Dharar Al Ali, said that the wind speed will gradually decrease from Tuesday evening. The wind blowing from the southeast direction is likely to blow at a speed of eight to 32 kilometers per hour with light to moderate gusts. The Meteorological Department also said that there is a possibility of light fog in some areas along with scattered clouds, especially during early mornings and late evenings. Low-lying regions may experience reduced visibility.
