THRISSUR: The approach of the police seeing people as enemy is not correct, said Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan. He also said that a person should be able to enter the police station without any hesitation and fear. The chief minister said this while speaking at the passing out parade of the first batch of women appointed directly as sub-inspectors in the police force.
The chief minister said that it is not right to see people as their enemy. Some sub inspectors posted to a new place accepts a policy. They simply create scenes and this is just to inform everyone that a new sub inspector has taken charge. He said there was no need for such things.
