KGF actor Krishna G Rao dies

BENGALURU: Senior Kannada actor Krishna G Rao died here Thursday. He died at a private hospital in Bengaluru on Wednesday following old age ailments.

Rao played the role of an aged blind person in Prasanth Neel’s KGF and KGF Chapter 2. He shot into fame for his dialogues which impressed the masses. Majority of the roles he portrayed were that of a supporting actor. He had also worked as an assistant director.

After the release of the first part of KGF in 2018, he had acted in more than 30 films. His dialogue in the KGF Chapter 2 ‘Let me give you a piece of advice. Don't go to stand in his way sir," became very popular. He played the role of Thatha in the film.
