Indian woman dies in road accident in USA

WASHINGTON: An Indian woman died in an accident that happened in the USA. The victim has been identified as Daram Supriya (31) of Telangana’s Mahabubad. The accident happened on Saturday night at Missouri.

Supriya was running a restaurant at St Louis. The accident happened when a truck collided with their vehicle while she was returning home with a friend after closing the restaurant. She died on the spot itself. Her friend sustained serious injuries and has been admitted to a hospital.

Her husband P Ranjith is a software engineer in USA. He informed her parents about the death. Supriya’s father has given a letter to Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy requesting help to bring her body home.
