Sex in exchange for PF amount of deceased father; case against manager on complaint of woman

MUMBAI: Case against HR manager for asking girl for sex in return for PF money of deceased father. The incident took place in Bandra East, Mumbai. A 23-year-old woman who lives with her grandmother and younger brother is the one who faced the inappropriate condition from the manager.

The woman is supporting her family by doing housework. Her parents had divorced earlier. Her father died in 2015 when she was 15 years old. Father's PF amount can be received by the daughter who is the nominee only after she reaches the age of maturity. She had the bad experience when she went to ask for this amount. A delay had occurred after the company manager informed that the file regarding the PF amount was in possession of the company manager. According to the woman's complaint, the HR manager asked for sex in return for speeding up the process when she spoke to him.
