BHOPAL: A Class 5 student allegedly made his female classmates drink water mixed with urine at a government school in Madhya Pradesh's Guna district. The girls have also alleged that when they complained about the incident, the principal told them to eat chocolate to get relief from the discomfort.

The incident reportedly took place on Monday at a school in the Aron development block. According to the students' complaint, the boy mixed urine in a water bottle and made them drink it. When they reported the incident, the principal allegedly asked them to eat a Rs 10 chocolate to get rid of the taste.

The students' parents and local residents later staged a protest over the incident. Following the protests, authorities ordered an inquiry and issued a show-cause notice to the principal.

Guna District Magistrate Kishore Kumar Kanyal said officials had been directed to conduct a detailed investigation and submit a report. The student accused of the act and his parents have also been called to the school. Authorities said strict action would be taken based on the findings of the inquiry.
