PALAKKAD: A major accident was narrowly avoided after the front wheel of a KSRTC Priyadarshini bus came off while it was in motion in Ottapalam, Palakkad. The bus was packed with passengers when the wheel came off. The driver immediately pulled the bus to the side of the road, preventing a major accident. Passengers alleged that the bus's insurance and fitness certificates had expired.
