Tanker lorry crashes into KSRTC bus on MC Road in Thiruvananthapuram; 25 injured

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Twenty-five people were injured after a KSRTC bus collided with a tanker lorry on the MC Road in Thiruvananthapuram. The accident took place at Vattappara on Thursday night. According to witnesses, the lorry was overtaking another vehicle when it crashed into the KSRTC Fast Passenger bus travelling from Thiruvananthapuram to Kilimanoor.

There were 25 passengers on board the bus at the time of the accident. All the injured were taken to the Medical College Hospital. None of them is in critical condition, sources said.
