Two children die after falling into water tank at home

PALAKKAD: Two children died after falling into a water tank at home. The victims have been identified as five-year-old Jennifer Juliet and three-year-old Robin Christopher, children of John Kumar of Kodinjampara. The tragic incident happened Tuesday morning at 11 am at Kurangad near Menonpara.

The accident happened when the children were playing. The children’s mother and grandmother were at home at the time of the incident. They were found lying inside the water tank at home in a search conducted after found missing. They were immediately rushed to the hospital, but their lives could not be saved.
