Verbal dispute breaks out in Priyadarshini bus after passenger hands note from mouth to female conductor 

KOCHI: A verbal dispute broke out after a passenger gave a note kept in his mouth to the female conductor of Priyadarshini bus. The issue started when the conductor refused to receive the note. The conductor then got off the bus and the trip was later cancelled. The incident was on the Priyadarshini bus from Muvattupuzha depot that reached Koothattukulam Stand on Thursday afternoon.

The conductor later appeared before the unit inspector and narrated the ordeal. After informing the police, she sought treatment at Koothattukulam Government Hospital.

The police conducted an investigation after the incident. Meanwhile, after returning from the hospital, the conductor informed unit inspector Rohini that she was unable to work due to mental stress. She left after submitting a request to the inspector. The matter was reported to the Muvattupuzha depot, but the trip was cancelled as there was no conductor to replace her.
