Youth jumps into river and dies by suicide after posting video on social media 

KOCHI: After posting a video on social media, a youth jumped into the river and died by suicide. The incident happened Thursday morning at Manjummal in Kochi. The youth has been identified as Antony Daniel (25) of Kalamassery.

Antony posted the video on a private account accessible only to his friends. Some incidents that happened during his childhood are disturbing him, the video said. The video also says that no one else is involved in the death.

The body was found after the fire and rescue services and police conducted a search. After completing the inquest procedures, the body was shifted to the medical college hospital.
