THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: K Muraleedharan said the present investigation by the Special Investigation Team into the Sabarimala gold theft is not satisfactory and a detailed investigation will be required. The designated devaswom minister was responding to a private channel. He said that no one will be allowed to steal Lord's property.

‘The present investigation in the Sabarimala gold theft is not satisfactory. A detailed investigation will be required. No one will be allowed to steal the Lord's property from the Devaswom.' He also clarified that a second medical college will be established in Thiruvananthapuram.

He was not in good terms with the congress leadership during discussions on the ministerial berth. He was later given the charge of the health department and the Devaswom Department. He had clarified that he would not take the charge of the electricity department and would not take the oath. The initial move was to give the health department to A P Anil Kumar. The leadership then gave in. In the present 21-member ministry, importance was given to the KC Venugopal faction. There are only two from the VD faction.
