T V Chandran honoured with J C Daniel award

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: T V Chandran awarded the J C Daniel Award 2022 for his significant contribution to Malayalam parallel cinema. The award consists of five lakh rupees, a certificate and a sculpture.

Director K P Kumar is the chairman and actors V K Sriraman, Revathi, along with members and Film Academy Secretary C. Ajoy and member secretary Smitha, were part of the committee.

T V Chandran has also won prestigious titles, including the National Press Award for Best Director,1993, seven National Awards and 10 State Film Awards. His wife's name is Revathi Chandran and they have a son named Yadavan.
