West Asia conflict: Air India Express delays two Kochi-Gulf flights

KOCHI: Air India Express has rescheduled two flights from Kochi to the Gulf following rising tensions in the Gulf region after the United States launched attacks on Iran. According to airline officials, the decision was taken as a precaution amid the evolving security situation across the Gulf.

The Air India Express flight from Kochi to Doha, which was scheduled to depart at 7:00 pm on Thursday, will now leave at 2:30 am on Friday. The Kochi to Bahrain Air India Express flight, originally scheduled for 10:00 pm on Thursday, has also been postponed. It will now depart at 8:00 am on Friday.

Meanwhile, the Air India flight from Kochi to Dammam, which was scheduled to leave at 8:30 pm, has been delayed and will now depart at 10:00 pm on Thursday.
