Meghan Markle's estranged father arrested for possession of child porn

NEW YORK: Thomas Markle (82), the father of Meghan Markle—wife of British royal Prince Harry—was arrested for the possession of child sexual abuse material. He was taken into custody from a care home in Tampa, Florida.

Meghan had recently revealed finding a collection of child sexual abuse imagery from a residence where her father had previously lived. She stated that she received a letter in 2019 detailing these allegations against her father. Meghan subsequently handed the letter over to the London police. Reports indicated that the explicit stash was found at a former home of Meghan Markle in Cebu, Philippines; however, Thomas Markle denied the allegations.
