No case against teen accused of using abusive language against Modi, clarifies Delhi Police

NEW DELHI: The police have decided not to file a case against the girl accused of using abusive language against Prime Minister Narendra Modi in a viral video during the protests staged by the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP). The girl had publicly apologized on social media and confessed that this was her first and last mistake. With this, the Delhi Police decided not to file a case, according to national media.

A zero FIR was initially registered against the girl from Noida, at the Noida Expressway police station and the case was transferred to Delhi. The girl later apologised. Prime Minister Narendra Modi also said on social media that he had forgiven the child.

Meantime, the mother of the 15-year-old girl from Noida said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who forgave her despite making abusive remarks, had given her a second life. Prime Minister Modi is the king of the country. We are nothing in front of him. Forgiving her daughter is a noble thing. She thanked him with folded hands, the mother said. 'Today is my daughter's birthday. The biggest gift she received was from Prime Minister Modi. He gave her a new life. Should adopt her and help her secure her future. We feel ashamed and apologize again and again. The FIR registered should be withdrawn,' she had requested.
