Former DGP K Padma Kumar’s mother Thankam Rajendran passes away

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Thankam Rajendran, mother of former DGP K Padma Kumar of Thiruvilwamala Madappally Kalathil in Thrissur, passed away on Monday. She was 80. Her husband is late Prof Rajendran Nair. Her other children are K Krishna Kumar, Preetha and daughters-in-law Vani Krishna Kumar, Chitra Padma Kumar and son-in-law Sivakumar. She will be laid to rest on Wednesday (June 17) evening at 4 in the compound of her house.
