THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A cyber expert has shared some crucial information just as the investigation into the Sukumara Kurup case is nearing closure based on the conclusion that he is dead. The expert has raised suspicions that Sukumara Kurup, who has been absconding for nearly four and a half decades in connection with the Chacko murder case, may still be alive.
According to the information, an elderly Malayali man resembling like Sukumara Kurup has been located in Brunei. The crucial information reportedly emerged during an investigation conducted by the cyber expert, who became fascinated by the long-running Kurup case. Reports say the expert hacked the phones of Kurup's relatives as part of the investigation.
The cyber expert claimed that Sukumara Kurup is living in a place called Sing Pang in Brunei. Photographs of the elderly, as well as visuals of the place where he reportedly lives, have been released. The man is said to be under surveillance. There are also reports that the elderly man is staying in Brunei illegally. The central intelligence agency has reportedly taken the information seriously and launched a detailed investigation.
