‘Sound in theatre was more unbearable than A-rated scenes’; Sowbhagya shares her experience of watching Toxic

Dancer and social medial influencer Sowbhagya Venkitesh stepped forward harshly criticising the viewers for disturbing others by making unnecessary sounds in the theatres. Sowbhagya shared her criticism while sharing her experience at the theatre where she went to watch Toxic, directed by Geetu Mohandas and starring Yash.

Sowbhagya said some disrupted the viewing experience by making loud obscene noises during the film and loudly passing comments disturbing the viewers watching the film. She strongly criticized such behavior, calling those who engage in such acts as sexually perverted goons and saying that they are the ones ruining the atmosphere inside cinema theatres.

Sowbhagya wrote on social media that these individuals kept making obscene noises whenever various scenes were shown in the film. She said the noises were more vulgar and unbearable than even the scenes in the movie that were classified as A-rated.

Many came forward in support of Sowbhagya. They said they too had experienced similar incidents themselves. Many also called for strict legal action against those who spoil the atmosphere inside cinema theatres in this manner.
