WAYANAD: Shruthi, who lost her father, mother, and sister in the landslide at Chooralmala and Mundakkai, also came to cast her vote. It was her fiance Jensen who stood by Shruthi when she lost her family. However, Jensen also left Shruti following an accident. Shruti, who was injured in the accident, is taking rest after the surgery.

She came to vote today despite all this. Shruthi came to cast her vote at the Attamala booth in the auditorium adjacent to St Sebastian's Church. Shruti told the media that she had made the decision to vote and that her health condition was improving. "A lot of people have stood by me. We need someone to understand the situation and represent everyone. That's why I came to vote. I thought I'd see everyone as well. It's nice to meet everyone," Shruti said.
