'Why is government so scared of cockroaches?' Cockroach Janata Party founder accuses Centre of taking down party's official website

NEW DELHI: Abhijeet Dipke, founder of the Cockroach Janata Party, has claimed that the central government has taken down the party’s official website. He said users are currently unable to access the website, which reportedly had around 10 lakh registered members. Abhijeet also alleged that both his personal Instagram account and the party’s Instagram account had been hacked.

In a post shared on X, he wrote, 'We would like to inform you that the government has taken down our iconic website.10 lakh ‘cockroaches’ had signed up on our website as members. 6 lakh ‘cockroaches’ had signed a petition to demand the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.'

Abhijeet questioned why the government was “so scared” of the CJP. He also asked whether demanding a better future for India’s youth had become a crime.

He further said that the “dictatorial behaviour” of the ruling establishment would open the eyes of young people in India.

Earlier, the Central Government had reportedly blocked the X account of the Cockroach Janata Party. The action came after the Intelligence Bureau submitted a report claiming that the account posed a threat to national security.

Following this, the Ministry of Information Technology allegedly asked social media platform X to withhold the CJP account. Abhijeet later returned to the platform with a new account titled 'Cockroach Is Back.'
