Woman alleges sexual assault on KSRTC Bus; conductor failed to intervene, says complaint

KONDOTTY: A woman has complained of sexual assault and indecent exposure on a KSRTC bus in Malappuram. The incident happened on ‘KL-15 A 1529’ number bus operating services on the Kozhikode–Palakkad route. The woman is from Mongam.

The Kondotty police have registered a case in the incident. The incident began when the accused questioned the woman for sitting in the general seat. The complaint alleged that soon after that he misbehaved with her. Her complaint says that the accused touched the woman's private parts with his elbow and displayed nudity. The woman also alleged that the bus conductor did not intervene in the incident.
