'Flower nahin, fire hai mein'; police follow Allu Arjun to his bedroom when he requested to change clothes; video of arrest going viral

HYDERABAD: Police arrested actor Allu Arjun this morning in connection with the death of a woman who got caught in a stampede during the release of the film Pushpa 2. The task force team of the Hyderabad Police arrived at the Allu Arjun's residence Jubilee Hills and arrested the actor. Now, the video of the actor being arrested and taken away is going viral on social media.

The video of Allu Arjun coming to get into the vehicle with the police and the video of him standing with his wife at the parking lot of the residence is going viral. Allu's father and filmmaker Allu Aravind and his family were present during the arrest. The leaked video also shows Allu kissing his wife Sneha Reddy and him drinking coffee.

In the video, Allu Arjun can also be heard talking about the experience when the police came to arrest him at his residence. "I told the police I wanted to change my clothes. The police came to my bedroom thinking that I would escape. It was difficult for me as the police were standing outside the bedroom," says Allu. Allu Arjun changed into a customised Pushpa 2 hoodie which had the words, 'flower nahin, fire hai mein' (I am not a flower, I am fire), his punchline from the film, printed on it before leaving with the police. The video also shows Allu's father trying to get into the vehicle before he was stopped by the police. Section 118(1) and Section 3(5) have been charged against the actor.
