Car was driven by Balabhaskar, witnesses testify

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Witnesses have testified that Balabhaskar himself was driving the car at the time of the accident. The police have taken statements from five witnesses. The statement of an auto driver who was just behind the car will be crucial. A KSRTC driver was the first one to reach the spot for rescue and his statement was also taken. Only two witnesses raised their concerns on the matter. Meantime, doctors who conducted the post-mortem have visited the accident spot. The police have also conducted a background-check of the driver Arjun. Balabhaskar's wife Lekshmi had testified that Arjun was driving at the time of the accident and Arjun later denied it.
