KOCHI: Bigg Boss Malayalam fame Dr Robin Radhakrishnan has said that he has narcissistic tendencies and has started therapy to address them. He also said he is taking a temporary break from social media to focus on his mental health.
Robin shared the information through a Facebook post.
“I recognise that I have narcissistic tendencies. I understand that I need to work on them, and I want to make it clear that I fully take responsibility for this reality. I have already started therapy. I am committed to continuing this journey of self-reflection and change and becoming a better person,” Robin wrote.
He said he was taking a temporary break from social media to focus on himself, his mental health and spending time with his loved ones who genuinely care for him.
“I know that change takes time. However, I am ready to work towards it. Thank you to everyone who has loved and supported me and understood me. I will return stronger, calmer and with a better personality than ever before,” he added.
Robin was a contestant on the fourth season of Bigg Boss Malayalam. He is also a BJP worker. He contested the 2026 Kerala Assembly election as the NDA candidate from the Kundara constituency but was defeated.
