Kid accompanying mother to pick brother killed after being run over by school bus

MYSURU: A one-and- a half-year-old baby girl died after run over by a school bus. The incident happened at Mysuru in Karnataka. The victim has been identified as Latiksha. The bus belonged to Shastri Public School. The incident happened when she accompanied her mother to pick her brother.

The bus moved forward when her mother was getting her four-year-old son down from the vehicle. Latiksha, who was standing nearby, was run over by the bus. The child died on the spot itself. A complaint has been lodged against the driver identified as Siddaraju (42). The family in the complaint said the driver’s negligence led to the accident and legal steps should be taken against him.
