NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi will leave for Paris today on a week-long visit to Europe. The tour includes important engagements such as discussions on the next batch of Rafale fighter jet agreements and participation in the G7 Summit.

On Friday, Modi will hold bilateral talks with French President Emmanuel Macron in Nice, France. The two leaders will jointly inaugurate the 'Bharat Innovates' programme. The meeting is expected to focus on strengthening cooperation between India and France in key sectors.

At the invitation of Slovak Prime Minister Robert Fico, Modi will visit Slovakia from June 14 to 16.
