Film actor and friend arrested with MDMA and ganja

MOOLAMATTOM: A film actor and his friend were arrested by the Excise for smuggling MDMA and ganja in a car. The arrested persons are Fareedudin PS (Pareekutty), an actor from Ernakulam, and Kozhikode native Jismon. The two were nabbed by the Moolamattom Excise team led by Range Inspector Abhilash K during a vehicle inspection on the Kanjar-Pullikkanam road.

The incident took place near Pullikkanam on Saturday afternoon. 10.5 grams of MDMA and 9 grams of ganja were seized from the accused. A dog belonging to the Pitbull breed was also present in the car. Fareedudin has acted in films such as 'Oru Adaar Love' and 'Happy Wedding'.
