CA. M R Ranjit Karthikeyan is a Fellow Chartered Accountant and Founder & Senior Partner of Ranjit Karthikeyan Associates LLP, a prominent multi-location firm with 14 partners and offices across Kerala, Bengaluru, and Dubai.

He holds a Master’s in Law (Alternate Dispute Resolution) and a Diploma in Information Systems Audit, equipping him with strong expertise in technology-enabled auditing and digital governance. With over three decades of experience in audit, taxation, FDI advisory, corporate restructuring, and strategic consulting, he offers incisive insights into economic policy, trade, and governance.

A regular columnist with Kerala Kaumudi, he writes on India’s foreign trade strategy, Centre-State fiscal dynamics, and Kerala’s economic challenges. He has served as Independent Director of Electronics Corporation of India Ltd (ECIL) and currently serves on the board of Attukal Devi Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd. He is a past Chairman of the Trivandrum Branch of ICAI.
